Q – What makes your site different from all the others?
A – Personal service is one aspect.  We are available to our members for help preparing and writing their profiles, uploading pictures, giving advice, etc.  We also match our members based upon a wide scope of criteria, such as lifestyle, interests and hobbies, etc, not just geography and age.   In addition, our members have the ability to create their own polls, and use the feedback/voting as a compatibility factor in their search for a match.

Q - Why should I use a dating website?

A – Profiles with photos are 7 times more likely to be viewed and communicated with than those without.  Unfair as it may be, physical appearance is still the initial reason for attraction among men and women.  You will find yourself clicking on the profiles with the photos when conducting your searches.

Q – Do I need a professional photo?
A – No, as a matter of fact, the photos that get the most interest are the ones that are improvised, such as a self-taken shot, or a candid shot.

Q - How do I change or add my primary photo?
A – When logged into your profile/dashboard, click on the “Avatar” tab and follow the instructions to upload photo.

Q – How do I send e-mail?
A – From your dashboard page. Click on the envelope graphic in the upper left hand portion of the page.

Q – Why do you charge money for your service when there are many free dating sites to choose from?
A - For 10 years this system has been tried and proven to keep our membership safe and secure, as well as keeping our membership strictly relationship-minded people. We have scores of happy members that freely communicate securely and enjoy this site.  Keep in mind that those who are paid members are serious about making a connection & those that are not paying members are "kicking tires."  Another reason is security. Paid members have undergone a higher level of screening via credit card approval.

Q – How do I pay for my membership?
A – We accept Visa and Master Card debit and credit cards, Amex, personal checks, and money orders.

Q – How do I change my username and/or password?
A – From your profile page, click on the “Edit” button on the left portion of the page.

Q – What is a blog and how do I use it?
A – In our application, a blog is your personal journal that is kept in chronological order.  It is often used on dating sites to journal your experiences, hobbies, what you like, and things you don’t like.  This journal is then shared, and all that view the blogs can determine which prospective matches have common interests, and lifestyles.

Q – What is the Poll feature on your website?
A – Our members can set up their own polls and manage them.  For instance, a member can set up a poll asking the membership about their favorite color, see the results, and use them as a factor in choosing a potential match.
 
Q - Can I let someone know I am interested without writing an e-mail?
 A – Yes.  Click on the photo of the person you are interested in, and click on “Greeting” under the Actions portion of the page to the left.  This will send an automated message that you are interested.

Q – How do I use the Instant Messaging (IM) feature?
A – You can IM with any of your designated friends by clicking on their name in the left hand column.  A chat box will pop up, than simply type in what you would like to say, and dialog between you both will be visible.

Q - How Do I cancel my account?
A – Go to your Dashboard page and click the “Unregister” tab at the top of the page.
